WORSE PLACE I EVER STAYED! AWFULL, GLOOMY AND DEPRESSING!

I stayed here with my partner last month, we had booked for four nights but ended up walking out after just one night, which meant loosing our money. I had booked many weeks prior to our arrival and had requested a quiet room and yet they put us into a tiny drab cell like room right on the busy main road. The traffic noise was horrendous and never let up all night long. There was never anyone at the reception, the staff were rude to me and one time walked off mid conversation! They have a safe in the room, but I am a photographer and it was to small to store all my equipment. They refused to entertain any other storage and so I had to take my valuable to the beach with me. In the room, the shower was cold, not all the lights were working, there were gaps around the doors and windows letting in more noise/ fumes /insects etc. I had paid extra to have the breakfast included with the room and all I got was two slices of underdone stale tasting white toast. The whole dining area was covered in flies! The waiter never wiped our table after the previous customers, leaving half empty jam pots and crumbs to attract even more flies. Some of the cleaning ladies were friendly but apart from that the whole place had a depressive seedy and dismal air about it. Its a 10 minute walk to the beach across scrubby land, which is not lit at night. This was meant to be the relaxing part of a longer tour we were doing around India but it was proving to be anything but and that is why we walked out. We found ourselves a basic beach shack in a beautiful location right on the beach, for a similar price. So, why on earth would anyone stay in the Nifa (The "NIF NAF" as we called it) when they can pay the same to stay on the beach is beyond me. I don't know what of if the management may say in response, or if they will try to discredit me, but this is 100% my truth and experience. I will leave you to make your own mind up, but, if I were you I would stay on the beach instead.

The young team and chef of Hotel Nifa seems to be the most intelligent person in that bad bad season in Morjim-Ashwem Beach. Instead of stupid making money, she and her Team know how to ! Good for Ladies ! No Breakfast ! Speedbreakers on the Road better walk slow ! Smoking welcome, guests relaxed, rooms well done, bathrooms great, bank accounting no problem, cash welcomed, street food around the corner or nice family Restaurants almost always available - Internet always works there !

If i had an option would give 0 stars. This place is not a hotel it should be guest house. The rooms are shabby we took 5 rooms each and everyone had stains on its bed sheets and pillow covers we asked for it to be changed the owner argues and said its impossible he changed this apparently new sheets but they also had stains on them and this is for all rooms. There was some dirty smell in one of the rooms as well we had to change it after fighting the owner. Finally i was back alone so i decided to take his (Pent House) i have stayed all over the world and this is one of the most badly structured rooms ( hotels ) ever the pent house had no ac remote the tv was not functioning its on the 5th floor so no ac no toiletries not even soap. The father daughter dua are the worst you will ever come across They rang my bell at 6 am 1 day before check out and asked me for the bill, every time i passed the daughter asked asked when i was leaving and when i would clear the bill like i am some hippie runner. Me and my friends spent close to 40k here for around 4 days and i promise i will never go back here and i suggest noone visit this place. I am sure the owner will in his most unprofessional and illiterate way will respond to this post but be rest assured you will see many more negative comments apart from this.

Very close to Morjim Beach and it is a budget hotel . Very nice . Especially the owner is very friendly . You can atleast visit 7-10 beaches in this location . I would say Morjim is a nice place to visit in North Goa . Calm and peace places and it is not over crowded

Me and my friend stayed here from 24th December till 29th December. 1. The room is big. AC works fine. Toilet is clean. You get both hot and cold water. Ample space in the cupboard to keep your things. 2. The staff is very friendly. The cook, the waiters and the cleaners are trust worthy. 3. Did not taste the food here so, no comments. 4. The pool is quite small. Also, why use a pool when in Goa !! 5. The owners are very friendly and make sure to pick their brains for beaches and places to visit.
